Welcome to Oyelia. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are
"Oyelia", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the store that operates this website. You can contact us at myoyelia@yahoo.com.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and small variations in decorations may occur. The Oyelia Message Bottle records a voice message of up to 30 seconds and requires 2 AAA batteries, which are not included.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. We may cancel and refund any order that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or that contains a pricing or availability error.

5. Orders, shipping and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and our Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

6. Safe use
The Message Bottle contains glass and small parts and is not a toy. It is intended for adult use as a keepsake or decoration. Keep it away from children under 3 years old and from pets, handle it with care, insert batteries correctly and remove them if you will not use the product for a long time.

7. Your recordings
The Message Bottle stores your recorded message on the device itself. We do not receive, access or store your recordings.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including texts, images, graphics and logos, belongs to Oyelia and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oyelia is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to solve any issue directly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order.
